Register
Once you’ve registered with us, we can begin to send you suitable properties. This means you’ll be the first to hear about any homes that meet your requirements.

Time to start viewing
Once we’ve found you some suitable properties, you can begin viewing. Remember to ask as many questions as you like about the property and its surrounding area.

References & deposit
We’ll require references from you, as well as the deposit for your property. We’ll explain everything clearly so you’ll know what to provide and when.

Tenancy progression
Our team will collate the paperwork, contact the landlord, and check over your references.

Move-in
The last step will be collecting your new keys from our office, and moving into your new home. We’ll be on hand if you require any assistance throughout your tenancy.
